EZ Card Info (Online Card Management)

CVF Visa credit cardholders now have access to an entirely new Visa platform.

Members will be able to manage their CVF Visa through:

CVF Online Banking – We have been diligently working on connecting our new Visa platform to our online banking. On Monday, you should see your current CVF credit card information from within the Dashboard/Accounts tab inside online banking. By simply clicking on the tab for your credit card, you will be automatically signed into the new Visa platform for card controls, payment options, setting up eStatements, eAlerts, and much more.

EzCardInfo – If you are not an online banking user, we are encouraging cardholders to create a card management profile at ezcardinfo.com to manage your CVF Visa. Once you register and gain access to this new portal, you’ll be able to manage your CVF Visa credit card, enroll in eStatements, make payments, and set up a variety of account alerts.

The Dispute Resolution Team will gather information and start the dispute.
If additional information is requested, a letter will be sent to you; however, you may call the Dispute Resolution Team with any follow-up questions at any time.
