If you receive a phone call from someone claiming they can lower the interest on your credit card, hang up! We have learned of a scam in the local area of fraudsters claiming to be able to lower your interest rate and asking for your credit card number and the expiration date. NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PERSONAL INFORMATION UNLESS YOU HAVE INITIATED THE CALL AND ARE CALLING A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Share this information and help stop the fraudsters.
