Pay with CVF Funds

More Ways To Pay Your Loan

Whether you pay with funds from your CVF account or from another bank or credit union, we’re here to help.

  • Phone: Call our Call Center at 734.432.0212 to make a payment over the phone or set up recurring payments
  • In-person: visit any of our branches, shared branches, or service centers
  • Mail: include your Member Number and Loan ID and mail or overnight to:

Pay With Funds From Non-CVF Accounts

  • Log in to Online Banking, go to TRANSFERS, and add an external account via the CLASSIC section for your loan payment. This takes 5-7 business days to post and there is no processing fee.
  • Use our Online Payment Center, which will process your payment in 1-3 business days for a small fee or you may set-up recurring payments at no cost. Currently, we are unable to accept mortgage, credit card, or home equity loan payments through this portal.

You can transfer funds using the following payment methods:

  • Debit any non-Catholic Vantage Financial deposit account
  • Debit any non-Catholic Vantage Financial Mastercard®
  • Debit any VISA® debit card

(NOTE: VISA’s payment policy prohibits the use of VISA credit cards to make loan payments. Only VISA Debit is permitted. For assistance, please contact our Member Contact Center at 734.432.0212.)

Mortgage Payments

Catholic Vantage Mortgage

Members with a Catholic Vantage Mortgage can complete their payment:

  • Online Enroll by clicking on the “Register-First Time Users Must Register” link from the log-in screen. Members will need their loan number to register and once registered, you can proceed to the “Payment Options” section to set up a one-time ACH payment or schedule a recurring ACH payment.
  • Bill Pay – You can make your payment through your financial institutions online bill pay service.
  • By Mail – If you choose to pay through mail, please include your loan number on all checks and mail them to our mortgage partner at: Neighborhood Mortgage Solutions, 975 N. Main St., Suite D, Frankenmuth, MI 48734.
  • By Phone – Check by phone allows you to transfer funds from your checking account quickly and easily, by calling 877.658.2230, option 1. There is a fee for phone payments.

Mortgage Center

Members who have a CVF mortgage associated with Mortgage Center may complete their payment:

  • Pay OnlineEnroll with their Auto Pay system to automatically make payments on the day that works best for you. Use it to make a one-time payment or monthly payment.
  • Bill Pay – You can make your payment through your financial institutions online bill pay service.
  • By Mail – If you choose to pay through mail, please include your loan number on all checks and mail them to: Mortgage Center, PO Box 2171, Southfield, MI 48037-2171.
  • By Phone – Check by phone allows you to transfer funds from your checking account quickly and easily, by calling Mortgage Center at 800-353-4449.
