PBJ (Peanut Butter & Jelly) Outreach

Every Saturday morning PBJ outreach provides food, cold and hot drinks, clothing to approximately 250-350 homeless and impoverished people of Metro Detroit.

What we are collecting:

Items may be dropped off at one of our offices through the end of the year.

For men and women:  (these items may be gently used)

  • Warm coats
  • Cold-weather boots

Also accepting travel size toiletries.

PBJ (Peanut Butter and Jelly) Outreach Inc. is a diverse group of people volunteering their time and services to homeless people as well as those who are below the poverty level, living in the depressed and impoverished areas of the Metropolitan Detroit area, including the Cass Corridor section of inner city Detroit. The services are provided to all, regardless of race, religion (or lack thereof), gender or national origin.

PBJ Outreach is a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as a public charity. Contributions made directly to the PBJ Outreach Inc may be tax-deductable. To learn more visit www.pbjoutreach.org
