You Have The Power With A CVF Debit Card

The CVF debit card makes purchases and getting access to your cash easy and efficient.

Here are just a few benefits of having our debit card:

  • No need to carry cash or your checkbook!
  • Save time by eliminating the need to write checks, show your ID, when you can simply swipe and go! Funds are automatically withdrawn from a CVF checking account and you’re on your way.
  • Choose from a PIN or a signature-based transaction. Signature-based transactions are protected by VISA, which is helpful in the event of a dispute.
  • Shop at home, online, or on the phone; plus your card is good outside the US!

In A Contactless World…

CVF started the process of converting our debit cards late last year and with this transition, new CVF debit cards will offer contactless capability. This means you will be able to “tap and pay” at participating merchants safely, securely, and easily.

How to use “tap and pay”:

  • Look for the Near Field Communication symbol at the merchant’s checkout.
  • If they have it, hold your CVF debit card within two inches of the symbol when prompted
  • Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation from the terminal

Digital Wallet Available…

Our all-new Visa debit card also brings with it digital wallet capabilities for those who want it! Load it into your mobile device and use it was Apple Pay, Google Pay, and/or Samsung Pay. This is just another exciting way we are making life better – through innovative technology!

  • Please call the Disputes Resolution Team at (833) 995-2888.
  • The Dispute Resolution Team will gather information and start the dispute.
  • If additional information is requested, a letter will be sent to you; however, you may call the Dispute Resolution Team with any follow-up questions at any time.
