Credit Union Month

Now in its 75th year, International Credit Union Day is celebrated by credit unions worldwide annually on the third Thursday of October. Initiated by the Credit Union National Association in 1948, this annual event was established to raise awareness about credit union history and achievements and to promote the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.”
