This week our nation witnessed two bank failures. And while this is troubling and unfortunate news, I felt it was important to share with each of you that CVF Credit Union is in a strong financial position. As a financial cooperative serving the local market, we have a diverse membership base and portfolio and we have the necessary liquidity to meet all of our members’ needs.
As a valued member, your deposits are insured and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government for at least $250,000 per account.
I encourage you to learn more about deposit insurance we have for our members by utilizing the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Share Insurance Estimator tool.
