Assistant Branch Manager, Catholic Vantage Financial, Livonia/Plymouth

Catholic Vantage Financial is seeking a high-energy and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Branch Manager. Working with the Branch Manager this candidate will inspire their team to provide member focused service while continuing to grow professionally and successfully in the credit union movement. At least five years of experience in a financial institution including consumer and home equity loans. Minimum of two years in a lead or supervisory role. Thorough knowledge of Credit Union services and products and understanding of related regulatory requirements. Familiarity with branch functions including cash handling, policies, and security procedures. Strong skills working in a variety of software and device technologies. Full Time Teller / Financial Service Representatives (Livonia and Plymouth)

Catholic Vantage Financial is looking for member-centric professionals for their Plymouth and Livonia branches. Cash handling experience preferred. The qualified candidate will be an advocate for members in helping them achieve financial wellness with credit union products and services. Essential skills include active listening, accuracy with attention to detail, math and computer aptitude, highly engaged, and the ability to problem-solve. Knowledge of credit union products and compliance helpful. Working knowledge of Microsoft suite and competent computer skills. Experience with Episys helpful. Mortgage Loan Officers, Catholic Vantage Financial – Livonia/Plymouth/Remote

Catholic Vantage Financial is growing and expanding its mortgage operations and has openings available for two Mortgage Loan Officers.  The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) is responsible for generating mortgage loans for our members and potential members through interactions with real estate agents, business associates, SEGs and inhouse lead generation.  The MLO will originate and evaluate loan applications, provide the appropriate disclosures and work with our mortgage processors to complete the mortgage process.  In addition, this individual will identify and cross-sell other credit union products and services.  The qualified candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service with a track record of meeting production quotas.  Must have at least two years of Mortgage Loan Officer experience with Fannie Mae and experience with Mortgage Cadence.  Also, must complete the MLO background check process.  Generous benefits package includes 401(K), health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.  Interested applicants please send cover letter and resume to hr@mycvf.org.

Account Resolution Specialist – Plymouth

Catholic Vantage Financial is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist who is self-motivated, a team player with effective communication skills. This person will be responsible to help in minimizing loan delinquency and loan losses while preserving member relationships. Responsibilities include initiating contact to members in attempt of remedying charge offs, delinquent loans and negative share accounts.  This includes monitoring payment plans and working with related third-party vendors. . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of prior collection experience with knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements of collections.  Experience with Symitar Episys desired, but not required. Consumer Loan Underwriter, Catholic Vantage Financial, Livonia

Catholic Vantage Financial is looking for a dynamic and member-centric professional for their growing consumer loan department. Primary responsibilities include underwriting of Consumer, Indirect, Home Equity, and Credit Card loans.  Work with VP of Lending to develop and coordinate strategies and activities in all areas of consumer lending, as well as indirect lending programs, to ensure that not only are lending activities conducted in accordance with regulations and established policies and procedures, but to lead and recommend best-practices for loan and product growth.
