Member Services Representative

CVF Credit Union is seeking to fill the role of Member Service Representative (MSR). This candidate will engage members and find solutions and resources to increase relationships with every member. The MSR will ask clarifying questions to members to determine their needs. This position will focus heavily on completing loan applications and processing and closing loans. The candidate will explain different types of loans and credit options, which include payments, interest rates, and other applicable data during the process. They will also open consumer accounts, business accounts and IRAs. One to three years in loan/home equity/financial experience required. Operating a PC, and experience with Episys, FIS, Alkami, Meridian Link helpful. Success in a sales and service environment, financial sales environment preferred. Financial Service Representative (Part-Time)

CVF Credit Union is seeking to fill a part-time Financial Service Representative (FSR) position at our Livonia branch. Our team is a group of dynamic individuals who bring their best every day to help members strengthen their financial well-being and contribute their time and talent to our communities. We are seeking an enthusiastic, member-centric person, with strong communication skills that thrive in a team environment. You will be processing member transactions, finding opportunities and anticipating needs, cross-selling products and services, and providing over-all assistance to members and your team. Strong computer skills required including knowledge and ability to use related technologies efficiently. Customer service and cash handling skills. Video Teller (Part-Time)

The Video Teller (iTeller) position will engage members of CVF Credit Union, assist them with virtual financial transactions, anticipate needs, find solutions and resources to increase relationships with every member, promote a positive member experience, and make their lives better. This position will enhance our electronic service and lending portfolio and provide overall assistance to members in a virtual setting. The iTeller position will be engaging members in a new banking environment. Our Plymouth branch has been remodeled and updated to create a new digital environment for our members.
