Familiarity with branch functions including cash handling, policies, and security procedures. Strong skills working in a variety of software and device technologies. Mortgage Loan Officers, Catholic Vantage Financial – Livonia/Plymouth/Remote
Catholic Vantage Financial is growing and expanding its mortgage operations and has openings available for two Mortgage Loan Officers. The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) is responsible for generating mortgage loans for our members and potential members through interactions with real estate agents, business associates, SEGs and inhouse lead generation. The MLO will originate and evaluate loan applications, provide the appropriate disclosures and work with our mortgage processors to complete the mortgage process. In addition, this individual will identify and cross-sell other credit union products and services. The qualified candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service with a track record of meeting production quotas. Must have at least two years of Mortgage Loan Officer experience with Fannie Mae and experience with Mortgage Cadence. Also, must complete the MLO background check process. Account Resolution Specialist – Plymouth
Catholic Vantage Financial is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist who is self-motivated, a team player with effective communication skills. This person will be responsible to help in minimizing loan delinquency and loan losses while preserving member relationships. Responsibilities include initiating contact to members in attempt of remedying charge offs, delinquent loans and negative share accounts. This includes monitoring payment plans and working with related third-party vendors. . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of prior collection experience with knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements of collections.
