Member Services Representative

CVF Credit Union is seeking to fill the role of Member Service Representative (MSR). This candidate will engage members and find solutions and resources to increase relationships with every member. The MSR will ask clarifying questions to members to determine their needs. This position will focus heavily on completing loan applications and processing and closing loans. The candidate will explain different types of loans and credit options, which include payments, interest rates, and other applicable data during the process. They will also open consumer accounts, business accounts and IRAs. One to three years in loan/home equity/financial experience required. Operating a PC, and experience with Episys, FIS, Alkami, Meridian Link helpful. Success in a sales and service environment, financial sales environment preferred.
